Any Generals around who like democracy?

War is a Racket

The last General who stood up to save democracy was Major General Smedley Butler. Although he helped the US to keep the Monroe Doctrine strong by invading and holding Latin American and Caribbean countries in check, he didn’t like it very much when some super rich business people—Gerald C. MacGuire and Bob Doyle—came to him in 1933 and asked him to help them topple the Roosevelt government.

As a soldier, he had done what his government asked him to do. But as a man who was fond of democracy and the Constitution with its Bill of Rights, he was not willing to lead an armed group to overthrow the government.

He reported the coup plotters and the coup was stopped.

But in those days there were still judges and politicians who wanted democracy to survive.

That seems to no longer be the case.

The new coup—led once again by entitled businessmen—is succeeding. The Deep State has been infiltrated and over-run by the new oligarchs. They bought the judges, they bought the politicians and now they own the United States. It is going to serve as their milk cow. They will milk it for everything it’s got.

Psychopaths in Power

“Leaders who are narcissists or psychopaths rule in a patriarchal and hierarchical way, and have a warlike attitude against those who oppose them.”

Probably, the majority of the oligarch elite around the world are psychopaths, or at least they check many of the boxes on the Original Hare Psychopathy Checklist.

The thing is that psychopaths are not particularly interested in sitting down to take the Hare test. Still, we can kind of go through the checklist and see if we find any of our current crop of business and political leaders who measure up to the Hare test standard.

  1. Glibness / superficial charm — I’d say YES, for all of the ones we can plainly see in the media, especially the silver-tongued devil politicians. Think of how they smile and glad-hand people. We can see their carefully curated grins and media images being propagated everywhere, especially on social media channels and oligarch-owned TV, newspapers and radio.
  2. Previous diagnosis as psychopath (or similar) — Their school psychologists probably recognized the traits early on but, the school system being what it is, and the lack of any real interest in getting involved in some random kid’s personal life, seeing the kid will be gone anyway in a year or two, probably allowed the young psychopath to manipulate teachers, staff and other kids and get away with… murder? Well, maybe not actual murder, but the equivalent in lack of moral compass and ability to avoid any kind of justice.
  3. Egocentricity / grandiose sense of self-worth — Oh wow, YES, and—using Orwell-speak—Double Plus YES. It’s so obvious that these guys (mostly guys, though Puppy Killer and some of the other females in the crew are just as bad) believe they are the glittering diamond in Satan’s arse.
  4. Proneness to boredom / low frustration tolerance — Are you kidding? Attention span near zero, stimulation needed every ten seconds. The sheer stupidity of their ill-considered actions are proof. If any of these people would take a minute to consider the consequences… Oh yeah, they could care less about the consequences. They have no moral compass and no empathy.
  5. Pathological lying and deception — Come on, this is much too easy. The lying and deception are so evident that even some of the MAGAistas are starting to wake up to the shit. How do you know the Orange Monster is lying? He opened his mouth and a noise is coming out of it. He’s lying. How do you know his little bearded lapdog is lying? Bark. Bark. He’s lying.
  6. Conning / lack of sincerity — The Orange Monster is the number one conman in the United States, and has, according reliable reports, already conned 3 billion out of the public in the last 6 months. The rest of the herd is right behind him. The guy opened the University of Grift and he’s got all the red congresspeople and more than half of the state governments excelling in their studies and making dark un-taxable money. The only sincere thing about a conman is his con. The Czar and the Emperor are no different.
  7. Lack of remorse or guilt — Since when has anyone in the current crowd shown remorse or guilt? The whole idea is that YOU are guilty and YOU should show remorse for being a person who thinks all human beings have the right to life and the right to strive for a fair chance to be free and happy. “Never Apologize Never Explain” is the mantra of the elite. [It’s also the title of an album by Therapy?]
  1. Lack of affect and emotional depth — The dictionary defines “affect” as: Feeling or emotion, especially as manifested by facial expression or body language. Of course WE can see the body language and facial expressions. After shows like Lie To Me we have all been schooled in “facial expression, body language and tone of voice to determine when a person is lying and why“ but in this particular day and age, the analysis is not being done by the major media because, of course, the oligarchs own it. The only thing these dudes and dudesses get really emotional about is people making fun of them. That’s why it’s so much fun to make fun of them.
  2. Callous / lack of empathy — These loons have zero empathy. Remember the guy who said: “I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn’t lose any voters, OK?” That same guy just did more than that, he ordered the killing (filmed) of 11 people in a boat from Venezuela. Who were they? Where were they going? People allege stuff, but nobody really cares to know the truth. The only truth is that 11 people were snuffed out on the orders of the Orange Monster.
  3. Parasitic lifestyle — You must be a parasite if you have a billion dollars or more. I mean, we, in the “Holy Roman Empire” trample on the bodies of thousands in order to preserve our lifestyle. The people who own our means of production and have a lifestyle infinitely better than ours, suck the blood out of each one of us and trample underfoot the rest of mankind so that they can speed to Rio for dinner and then on to Tokyo for breakfast the next morning.
  4. Short-tempered / poor behavioral controls — Try asking an oligarch a question that gets under the skin, that causes a moment’s irritation to their sense of entitlement or grandeur and see how they fly off the handle. “I don’t understand why the Jeffrey Epstein case would be of interest to anybody…” said one of the suspects who associated with the leader of the pedophile ring. Oh yeah. And behavioral controls? “You can do anything…grab ’em by the pussy” said that same suspect.
  5. Promiscuous sexual relations — We have one of these guys in the limelight. He pays women to have his kids and admits to sexual relations with women everywhere. And of course we also have the one who boasted about “pussy” exploits. Then there are people like the ex-President who maintained that he never had “sexual relations” with one of his interns. That’s just the most prominent and easiest to find. My bet is that if you drop an oligarch’s name into Chat GPT, AI will find that name linked to promiscuous sexual relations.
  6. Early behavior problems — You know as well as I do that every oligarch has had behavior problems since birth. Look, I grew up in Beverly Hills—on the poor side of the Santa Monica Boulevard tracks—and went to school with the children of oligarchs. At Beverly High, a son of one of them turned 16 and the next day drove his new Ferrari to school. He was idolized for it. You think that’s not going to ignite a behavioral problem?
  7. Lack of realistic, long-term plans — One thing all these people want to do is live forever. That’s not really a long-term plan. It’s connected very much to the now and continuing the pleasure of the now. The power of the now. Recently the Emperor and the Czar spoke about longevity and immortality. They all want to live as long as Wei in This Perfect Day.
  8. Impulsivity — Have you ever met one of these people? I have. There is no impulse control. I actually met a murderer once. His impulse was to kill me, but the circumstances wouldn’t allow it immediately. His frustration was perceptible. He was the “boyfriend” of an oligarch’s daughter. She used him to carry out her wishes. I was friendly to her at this party and must have trod on her ignorance and offended her because her murderer friend came and talked to me—his name was Mark, I’ll never forget—and he tried to persuade me to go with them both to the beach. It was past midnight. There was no way I was going to go of course. But he was trying hard to convince me how beautiful it would be. I kept up the conversation, and even touched him once, with the tip of my finger, on his chest, just above his heart, in a human gesture, knowing I was actually touching a killer. And I told him I understood him. Understood his life and his needs, without ever actually telling him he was the killer I knew him to be. Eventually Mark and his benefactress left the party. Afterwards my good friend—who knew her and had invited her—came to me and said: “You just got very lucky.”
  9. Irresponsible behavior as parent — These people have no time for children. They are too interested in themselves and their own pleasure, success and dominance. If a child shows cruelty and signs of emerging psychopathy then, maybe, yes, a certain interest arises, but only because the child’s ruthlessness and cruelty are seen as extensions of their own ruthlessness and cruelty, and perceived as possibly useful, as a tool to use against others.
  10. Frequent marital relationships — The Orange Monster has been married how many times? The Czar, how many wives and mistresses? The Emperor? This is too easy.
  11. Juvenile delinquency — What is delinquent behavior? Once upon a time it was stuff like joyriding or shoplifting. These days the super rich can do things that we would probably call crimes, but they never have to go to jail or even say “I’m sorry.” It’s such a cliché that films and TV are full of the rich kid getting away with it plots—though because it’s film and TV and not real life, the kids most often get their comeuppance.
  12. Poor probation or parole risk — Come on, here you are talking about the lower class kind of psychopath. The idiot who gets caught and sent to jail because he/she has no rich backers. Never happens to the oligarchs.
  13. Failure to accept responsibility for own actions — Responsibility? None of these clowns ever takes responsibility for anything, except maybe if it’s something spectacular, like killing 11 people in a boat on the ocean. But oligarchs like to claim responsibility for anything good that might accidentally happen, and of course they will tell a bold-faced lie to make it seem that they are actually responsible for whatever good has happened or they imagine has happened or they fantasize has happened because of them. Most of the time they are responsible for shit hitting the fan and soaking the rest of us as a consequence.
  14. Many types of offense — Holy shit, are you kidding? Besides lying, cheating, sexual abuse, murder… etc.? (It’s still murder under the law, even if the president of a country orders it.)
  15. Drug or alcohol abuse not direct cause of antisocial behavior — We know one very famous and public user of drugs like Ketamine, don’t we? And I’m going to venture that Cocaine has played a role in many oligarch lives at some point. And, for some of them, Spanish Fly or Rhino horn might have been a perk intended to strengthen membership in the mile high club. These days they don’t even need to get a prescription for dong dingers.

Narcissists with psychopathic tendencies.

All of them.
